Job Description
Vistaris Advisory Hub seeks a proactive Virtual Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director remotely (Nigeria-based preferred). Full-time, immediate start. You will manage calendars, emails, documents, task tracking, client coordination, basic travel planning and virtual events while maintaining strict confidentiality. Candidates must have experience as a PA/Executive Assistant, excellent English, strong organization and time-management, and proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Web, email and calendars. Performance-driven, Monday–Saturday schedule. Compensation ₦150,00–₦200,00/month (depending on experience). Ideal for disciplined professionals committed to long-term growth.
