Primary KPI: Mass-market user acquisition; leading a field force to deliver thousands of verified app installs monthly.

About the Role

VivaFemini is seeking a data-driven and battle-tested Growth Operations Manager to own our user acquisition engine. We are not looking for a traditional marketer; we need an operations “General” from the Fintech, FMCG, or Gig-economy sectors who knows how to manage a high-performance field force to drive massive app install volumes.

You are responsible for the “Engine Room” of our growth. You will lead a team of field sales agents to hit aggressive monthly targets, ensuring every download translates into a verified, active, and logged-in user.

Core Responsibilities

  • High-Velocity Acquisition: Own the monthly acquisition target. You will design and execute the daily “battle plan” for field activations at high-traffic hubs (markets, campuses, hospitals, and transport clusters).
  • Field Force Command: Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performance team of 20+ Field Sales Agents. You are responsible for their daily output, discipline, and conversion quality.
  • CRM & Tech Discipline: You will live in the CRM. You are responsible for 100% data integrity—tracking every agent’s location, every lead captured, and every install verified. No data, no credit.
  • Funnel Optimization: Monitor the journey from “Pitch” to “Install” to “First Log.” You will identify bottlenecks in the field and fix them in real-time to lower the Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Institutional “Bulk” Installs: Negotiate and close “bulk install” deals with schools, large clinics, and community organizations where we can onboard hundreds of users in a single activation.
  • Incentive & Budget Management: Manage the regional growth budget and agent commission structures. You will ensure maximum ROI, cutting underperforming channels and doubling down on winning tactics.
  • Performance Coaching: Lead from the front. You will spend 60% of your time in the field, “shadowing” agents to refine their pitch and ensure they are closing effectively.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide daily and weekly growth reports to the CEO. You must be able to explain the “Why” behind the numbers and provide accurate forecasts for the coming month.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of “rugged” operations or sales management experience in high-velocity sectors (Fintech, FMCG, or Ride-hailing).
  • The “Scale” Mindset: You must have a proven track record of managing teams that deliver high-volume targets (thousands of units/users monthly).
  • CRM Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, or proprietary sales-force tools) and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to manage, motivate, and—when necessary—offboard field agents based on performance data.
  • Ruggedness: You are comfortable in the trenches. You can navigate the complexities of Nigerian field operations, from local “area” logistics to technical connectivity issues.
  • Communication: Ability to simplify complex product features into a “30-second pitch” that converts a stranger into a user.
