Job Description
vodstra Ltd seeks an experienced Facility Manager in Lagos to oversee property maintenance, vendor and contractor coordination, tenant relations, safety and security, budgeting and contract negotiation, renovation oversight, regulatory compliance, team leadership, and accurate record-keeping. Requirements: B.Sc. in Real Estate Management, Urban & Regional Planning, Engineering, or related field; minimum 8 years post-qualification experience; strong project management and communication skills; proven experience managing estates or residential apartments.
