Job Description
vodstra Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Lagos to expand its passenger transport and courier services. This full-time role will develop and execute sales strategies, secure corporate and retail clients, manage and grow accounts, negotiate contracts and SLAs, lead the sales team, and coordinate with operations and marketing to ensure timely service delivery. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 5–7 years in transport/logistics or service industries, proven sales results, strong negotiation and CRM skills; digital marketing experience is a plus. We value results-driven leadership, customer focus, and professionalism.
