Job Description
We are seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the CEO to drive strategy and ensure operational excellence. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage priorities and projects, prepare executive briefings, track key metrics, and represent the executive in meetings. The role requires 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management, strong analytical and communication skills, proven leadership, discretion, and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges.
