Job Description
Vylux Watches Nigeria is hiring Digital Sales Representatives to manage customer queries and complaints. You will process orders, handle modifications, and escalate issues across various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls
- Respond to inquiries on social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp
- Create high-quality content for social media campaigns
- Take customer orders and ensure a welcoming experience
- Address inquiries about the company
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. with 1+ years of relevant experience; tech and social media-savvy
- Strong command of spoken and written English
Salary: N170,00 – N220,00 per month
