Job Description
Wehire seeks a full-time Marketing & Sales leader to own funnels (awareness→lead→conversion→retention), run online/offline campaigns and product launches, oversee digital ads with the Social Media Manager, conduct market research, build partnerships, track KPIs, and report monthly. Requirements: 3+ years in marketing & sales, Meta/Google Ads, analytics/CRM, proven growth in fashion/agro/tech, strong negotiation/closing, KPI design, and startup budgeting. Pay: ₦200,00–₦250,00/month.
