Job Description

Join us as Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, organize travel, coordinate meetings, handle confidential communications, and prepare reports and presentations to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, discretion, and proficiency with Office and collaboration tools. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. This role requires adaptability, proactive planning, and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
