Job Description

WEPHCO is seeking a dedicated Executive Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while providing administrative assistance to our executives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Writing and editing emails, memos, and other communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and performing minor accounting duties
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling and catering
  • Answering phone calls professionally and welcoming visitors

The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary starting from ₦80,00.00 per month.
