Weshare Group, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Officer for our Lagos and Ibadan offices. This full-time, onsite position involves managing recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, managing payroll reporting, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records, while ensuring a safe and organized workspace.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of experience in HR & Admin, strong knowledge of HR practices, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills.

Salary: NGN200,00 (gross), with benefits including HMO and Pension.
