Job Description
West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) seeks a motivated Entry-Level Estate Surveyor to join its real estate team in Ikoyi. Full-time, permanent role (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm) with salary ₦120,00–₦150,00/month. Responsibilities: support agency and valuation activities, assist with inspections and basic valuations, prepare simple reports and property documentation, create listing content, and collaborate with senior surveyors. Requirements: BSc or HND in Estate Management and Valuation. No prior experience required; strong interest in real estate, good communication and basic report-writing skills, and willingness to learn and work independently and in a team are essential. Work location: in person.
