Job Description

We are seeking a Board Governance Training Consultant to design and deliver tailored governance capacity-building for boards and senior leadership. The consultant will strengthen oversight, strategic decision-making, and fiduciary practices.

Responsibilities include assessing governance needs, developing curricula and materials, facilitating workshops and retreats, coaching board members, and advising on governance policies and performance monitoring.

Qualifications: proven experience in corporate or nonprofit governance, adult learning and facilitation skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate best practices into practical tools.
