Job Description
The HR Officer will support daily HR operations to ensure smooth processes and a positive work environment. Key duties: manage recruitment (posting, CV screening, interviews, onboarding), maintain employee records and HR databases, provide payroll inputs (attendance, leave), handle staff queries and escalations, monitor attendance and policy compliance, coordinate training, draft HR communications, and safeguard confidential files. Requirements: OND/HND/B.Sc in HR or related field, 1–3 years HR/admin experience, knowledge of Nigerian labor practices, strong communication and interpersonal skills, MS Office proficiency, organization, and discretion. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month.
