Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers Limited seeks an organized HR Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruitment, client relationships, and HR operations with minimal supervision. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, onboard new hires, supervise junior HR staff, maintain accurate records, support payroll and performance tracking, and develop HR policies to ensure compliance and efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s in HR or related field, 4–6 years’ relevant experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/ATS. Full-time; salary ₦300,00–₦400,00 per month.
