Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers seeks a Front Desk Officer in Lekki Phase 1. Full-time, ₦100,00/month. Act as the first customer contact for a growing baby essentials retailer: greet and assist walk-ins, share product and promotion details, handle inquiries and complaints, maintain a tidy reception, manage calls/messages, support sales with admin tasks, record daily visits and assist POS as needed. Requirements: OND, HND, or B.Sc.; 1–2 years in front-desk or customer service; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient with Microsoft Office; able to multitask under pressure.
