Job Description
Whip-smart Service Providers seeks a passionate Montessori Educator for a full-time role in Ikorodu, Lagos. Salary ₦70,00–₦80,00/month. The ideal candidate holds a Montessori diploma/certification (AMI/AMS preferred) and 1–3 years’ experience. Responsibilities include preparing a Montessori classroom, guiding children in academic, social, and practical life skills, observing and tailoring lessons, maintaining materials and progress records, and collaborating with staff and parents to ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment. Strong communication, classroom management, and a calm, child-centered approach are required. Creativity, patience, and commitment to professional growth are assets.
