Job Description
WhiteSpace Integrated Services seeks a seasoned Business Development and Operations Manager for its vehicle sales and assembly plant in Nigeria. The HND-qualified, senior-level candidate (minimum 5 years) will oversee daily plant operations, staff, budgets and compliance; optimize assembly and after-sales processes; drive business growth through partnerships and networking; and ensure plant revenue targets are met. Required: deep knowledge of vehicle assembly and after-sales service, strong leadership, sales, communication, analytical and decision-making skills, plus problem solving. This role demands strategic oversight, hands-on operational management and proven ability to expand market share while maintaining customer satisfaction and regulatory standards.
