Job Description
Whoosh Logistics is seeking a dedicated Key Account Officer to manage and nurture relationships with our valued clients. This role demands a proactive, client-focused professional capable of building trust, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth through exceptional account management. Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, developing strong relationships, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in customer relations or sales, preferably in logistics or e-commerce. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
