Location: 5B Airport Road, Warri, Delta State (On-site)

Compensation: ₦100,00/month

Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

Wisper, a technology-driven company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences in Warri, Delta State. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide accurate information about Wisper’s offerings.
• Resolve issues efficiently while escalating complex matters as needed.
• Document customer interactions and follow up on resolutions.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
