Job Description

As a Training and Development Coordinator, you will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs to improve employee performance. Coordinate training schedules, manage learning resources, track training metrics, and support onboarding. Collaborate with managers to assess needs and recommend solutions, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching. Requirements: bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in L&D or HR, strong communication, organization, and LMS experience. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects.
