Job Description
Woodgate Structure Limited is seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team in Garki, Abuja (FCT). This full-time position requires you to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our managers, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and preparing documents.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Drafting professional emails and memos.
- Maintaining office supplies and supporting staff onboarding.
Qualifications: HND/Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years of experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Salary: N70,00 – N80,00 Monthly.
