Job Description
Woodridge and Scott Consulting is seeking a Ticketing Officer based in the Badore/Ajah area of Lagos. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in a ticketing or customer-facing role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
Key responsibilities include managing ticket sales, providing exceptional customer service, operating ticketing systems, and ensuring accurate revenue management. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, strong customer service abilities, and familiarity with ticketing software.
