Job Description
Work Evolve Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align our HR strategies with business goals. This full-time position, based in Lagos, offers a competitive salary of NGN 600,00 – 900,00, negotiable based on experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR Manager role. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
