Job Description
We are seeking a Freelance Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and partnerships for our growing company. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client relationships. You will create strategic sales plans, track KPIs, and collaborate with marketing and product teams. Required: 3+ years B2B sales or BD experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and a proven track record of closing deals. Familiarity with CRM tools and remote collaboration is a plus. This is a project-based, flexible role with competitive commission and performance incentives.
