Lead regional wholesale distribution by developing strategies to expand market reach, onboard strategic partners and distributors, and drive trade marketing and brand activations. Use CRM and performance analysis to optimize channels while collaborating with sales, marketing, and logistics. Require 5+ years in FMCG wholesale, strong negotiation, key-account management, proven sales-growth record; bonus: trade-marketing, digital/e-commerce experience, or advanced sales/business credentials.
