Job Description
Workforce Group, a leading business and HR consulting firm in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Contact Center Agent (Igbo & Hausa) to join our team at our Iganmu and Lekki locations in Lagos. We have over a decade of excellence in service, providing superior HR solutions.
As a Contact Center Agent, you will:
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints via phone, email, live chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements include an HND/B.Sc degree, and candidates must be 26 years or younger. The salary is N213,00 monthly, along with HMO, Pension, and other benefits.
