Job Description
We are hiring a Compounding Weighing Lead to oversee accurate weighing and preparation of materials in our compounding team.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP, maintaining batch records, performing quality checks, and managing raw material inventory.
Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy/chemistry technician certificate preferred; minimum 3 years’ experience in compounding or pharmaceutical weighing roles.
Skills: strong attention to detail, basic math, leadership, excellent communication, and familiarity with GMP and safety procedures.
Work involves standing shifts, use of PPE, and responsibility for accuracy under production timelines.
