Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Workinnigeria, located in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in customer service team management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Your key responsibilities will include managing client orders, overseeing team performance, implementing service policies, and resolving escalated customer issues. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
The role offers a competitive monthly salary of ₦300,00 – ₦500,00. This is a full-time, permanent position.
