Job Description
Workinnigeria is hiring a Customer Service Representative for the Food and Beverage industry in Ikoyi. Salary ₦180,00–₦200,00/month. Full-time, permanent. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media; provide accurate product and policy information; resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy; document interactions in CRM; escalate complex issues; meet response time and satisfaction targets; and support customer onboarding. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2–3 years customer service experience; excellent verbal and written communication; strong problem-solving and multitasking skills; CRM, MS Office, and Google Workspace proficiency. Preferred: fast-paced industry experience, teamwork, and strong documentation skills.
