Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks an Operations Supervisor for a luxury retail store in Lekki. You will oversee daily store operations, inventory control, merchandising, staff scheduling, training, and customer service to uphold luxury brand standards. Responsibilities include loss prevention, health & safety compliance, preparing operational reports, and supporting the Store Manager with process improvements. Candidates must hold an HND or Bachelor’s in Business/Management, have 2–4 years retail operations experience (luxury preferred), strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and familiarity with POS and inventory software. Must be professional, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and ensure a clean, well-organized store. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₦250,00/month.
