Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks an Operations Manager for its luxury retail store in Lekki. You will oversee daily store operations, inventory control, staff scheduling and training, customer service excellence, loss prevention, health and safety, and daily/weekly reporting. Support the Store Manager with operational improvements, monitor sales and productivity metrics, and coach frontline teams to maintain luxury standards. Qualifications: HND/Bachelor’s in Business or related field, 2–4 years retail operations experience (luxury preferred), strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with inventory/POS systems. Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₦250,00 per month.
