Job Description
Workinnigeria seeks a Business Operations Manager in Lagos Island to oversee event and gifting operations. Responsibilities: streamline processes, drive team performance, manage service delivery, packaging and execution, boost daily sales, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance, set strategic objectives, analyze financials, manage budgets and KPIs, recruit and train staff, and improve customer retention. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, strong MS Word/Excel and Google Sheets skills, familiarity with digital tools and social media, minimum 3 years in operations or team leadership; sales and marketing experience in SMEs preferred. Full-time. Pay: ₦250,00 per month.
