Job Description

We seek a Sales & Customer Support Executive for our luxury fashion retail team in Abuja. Salary ₦200,00–₦300,00 monthly plus commission. You will respond promptly to calls, email, chat and social media; provide product information; resolve complaints with empathy; present and upsell products; follow up leads; meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; maintain CRM records; and monitor market trends. Candidates should have proven sales experience, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, CRM proficiency, excellent organization, problem-solving and time-management abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus. Full-time position requiring confidence, resilience and ability to work independently.
