Job Description
We are hiring a Confectionery Manager at Workpedia Africa Ltd in Lekki. Full-time role; minimum 4 years’ experience in confectionery, bakery, or retail management. You will oversee daily store and production operations, ensure consistent product quality and hygiene, manage staffing, scheduling and training, control inventory and supplier relationships, drive sales and customer satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and prepare sales and operational reports. Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills required. Attractive package ₦100,00–₦200,00/month. Applicants must reside in or be willing to work in Lekki.
