Job Description
Location: Lekki Phase 1. Full-time, Mon–Fri. Salary: ₦150,00–₦180,00/month. We seek a proactive Facility Support Team Lead to manage building operations, maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security), safety protocols, vendors, and preventive maintenance schedules. Responsibilities include emergency response, routine inspections, access control, budget oversight, and coordinating internal teams and contractors. Candidate should hold a bachelor’s in Facility or Estate Management (or related), with 3–5 years’ hands-on facility management experience, strong knowledge of building systems, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and familiarity with safety regulations and codes.
