Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks an experienced Ticketing & Reservation Agent in Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Salary ₦150,00–₦200,00/month. Responsibilities: manage flight bookings, issue tickets, handle rebookings/cancellations, hotel reservations, travel insurance and visa appointments using GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo); provide accurate fares and itineraries; coordinate with airlines and suppliers; deliver excellent pre- and post-travel customer service.
