Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks a Business Development Manager in Awolowo Way, Ikeja. Full-time; salary ₦150,00–₦250,00 plus commission. Drive regional growth by creating and executing sales strategies, closing high-value deals, and building partnerships with airlines, hotels, embassies, corporations, schools and government MDAs. Represent the brand at meetings, bids, trade shows and industry events; prepare proposals; lead negotiations; and collaborate with marketing to acquire clients. Requirements: 3–5 years in business development, sales or corporate marketing (travel experience preferred), strong corporate/government network, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and a proactive, goal-driven approach.
