Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders and returns, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases. The ideal candidate has strong communication, patience, problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
