Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks a reliable Factory Worker to support daily production and maintenance. Duties include operating and maintaining machinery and tools; assisting with assembly, packaging, quality checks, and inventory; performing routine repairs, cleaning, and safety compliance; and supporting supervisors with reporting and basic troubleshooting. Candidates should have production or equipment experience, strong physical stamina, good teamwork and communication skills, and willingness to work early shifts and overtime.
