Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks 2 Mixologists for a reputable restaurant in Surulere, Lagos. Full-time, ₦100,00/month, 24-hour shifts (layover provided), one day off weekly. Immediate hire. Responsibilities: craft classic and signature cocktails and mocktails, maintain drink quality and presentation, manage bar inventory, keep the bar clean, follow hygiene and alcohol service standards, and support restaurant operations. Requirements: proven mixologist/bartender experience, strong knowledge of spirits and beverage techniques, excellent customer service and communication, ability to work long shifts, physically fit, reliable, and ready to start immediately.
