Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead front-of-house operations in Lagos. Full-time role with monthly pay ₦180,00–₦200,00. You will supervise and train front-desk teams, manage guest interactions, handle complaints and service recovery, implement service standards, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer experiences. Requirements: HND/BSc in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; 3–5 years in customer service or hospitality management; strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; must reside in Lagos.
