Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Spa Aesthetician to provide professional skincare and beauty treatments to clients. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in skin analysis, facial treatments, and advanced skincare techniques while delivering exceptional customer service in a relaxing spa environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, exfoliation, and masks
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments and skincare products
- Provide body treatments such as body polishing and wraps (where applicable)
- Perform hair removal services such as waxing or threading
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment
- Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Upsell spa services and retail products professionally
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Beauty Therapy
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or Spa Therapist (skincare-focused)
- Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatments
- Experience with facial machines and spa equipment is an advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Added Advantage
- Experience in medical or luxury spa environments
- Knowledge of advanced aesthetic treatments
- Sales or client-retention skills
