This role involves leading the daily operations of our fashion store, with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer experiences, sales performance, and team motivation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Fashion Retail
• 5+ years of retail management experience
• Strong leadership and customer service skills
