Job Description
WorQulture seeks a results-driven Sales Executive with 3–5 years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Banking, or FX Sales to drive foreign exchange revenue and manage institutional and corporate relationships. You will originate, negotiate, and execute FX transactions, provide market-driven advisory and pricing, collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and Operations, and ensure AML/KYC and regulatory compliance. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or related field; strong FX product knowledge; proven corporate client management; excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; and ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a full-time role focused on revenue generation, deal structuring, and long-term client relationships.
