Job Description
We are seeking a Strategist to craft and execute data-driven business and marketing strategies. You will lead market research, define target audiences, set measurable KPIs, design integrated campaigns, and collaborate with product, creative, and analytics teams to translate insights into action. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of strategic planning experience, strong analytical skills, comfort with data tools (Excel, SQL, Google Analytics or similar), excellent communication and presentation abilities, and a portfolio of successful initiatives. You must be proactive, customer-focused, and able to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.
