Job Description
We seek a proactive Human Resources Associate to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. You will coordinate hiring processes, maintain HR records, assist with benefits enrollment, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate has one to three years of HR experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with HRIS and labor regulations. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, drafting job postings, processing payroll data, and supporting training initiatives.
