Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Marketer to support sales and client acquisition at Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited. You will source and close property sales, develop and implement lead-generating marketing strategies, manage client follow-ups from inquiry to closing, conduct inspections and presentations, and collaborate with the digital marketing team. Candidates must have 2–3 years in real estate marketing or sales, strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills, ability to work independently, and reside in or be willing to relocate to the Ajah or Lekki axis. Compensation: from ₦200,00/month plus commission, bonuses, verified listings access, accommodation for top performers and growth opportunities.
