Job Description
Yemsays Properties and Investments Limited seeks a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive property sales and generate qualified leads. You will source leads, present properties, close deals, and develop marketing strategies to attract buyers. Maintain client relationships from inquiry to closing and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets. Candidates should have 3–5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or real estate; senior candidates must hold relevant sales or marketing certifications. Strong negotiation, communication, and client-management skills are required. Applicants must reside in or near Ajah/Ikota. This is a full-time role with salary ₦180,00–₦200,00 per month.
