Job Description
Yemsays Properties seeks a results-driven Sales Lead to manage and grow our sales team, generate and follow up property leads, and drive sales. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating with marketing, and preparing reports for management. Candidates should have 3–5 years in sales (real estate preferred), a proven record of meeting targets, strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills, and relevant sales/marketing certification is a plus. Must reside in or near Ajah/Ikota. Full-time role with pay from ₦250,00 per month. CV required.
