Job Description
Location: Ikota/Ajah axis (strictly). Salary: ₦180,00–₦200,00/month; Commission: 10%–15% per property. We are a growth-focused real estate company seeking a results-driven Marketer skilled in lead conversion, relationship management, and deal closure. Key duties: generate and convert quality leads, market properties across digital and physical channels, follow up with clients, attend inspections and site tours, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets. Requirements: 3–5 years sales/marketing experience (real estate preferred), strong communication, negotiation and closing skills, target-oriented, professional, and must reside around Ikota axis.
